伴随着中国反不正当竞争和反垄断执法的活跃度,“市场合规”成为当下企业运营最热话题。如今,竞争日益激烈的市场趋 于从卖方市场向买方市场的转变,市场营销作为公司管理、企业经营、单位运作的重要业务和环节,俨然成为合规风险的高 发地段。根据最近的报告显示,亚太区70%的管理者认为其公司深受市场营销舞弊的侵害,然而却有48%的高管认为公司做 决策时,为了获得更加大的利益,要进行一些不正当的利益输送。所以,合规官及企业调查人员更应该灌输正确的理念与培 训计划,把控内部风险,为企业发展保驾护航。
Along with the active anti-unfair competition and anti-monopoly enforcement in China, “Marketing Compliance" has become the hottest topic nowadays. Furthermore, the increasingly competitive market tends to shift from a seller's market to a buyer's market, as an important business and link of company management, marketing department has become a high compliance risk area. According to recent statistic, 70% of the senior executives in Asia feel most vulnerable to sales marketing fraud, ranging the top three of all types of fraud. However, 48% of those people would convey improper benefits to achieve commercial purpose when they make decisions. Therefore, compliance officers and corporate investigators ought to instill correct proposals and present training programs to control internal risks, escort for enterprise development.
