In such a big data time, companies collect, transfer and storage various data every day. However, seemly regard as ordinary jobs, enterprises would confront more stringent data compliance controls and potential data leakage incidents, with the promulgation of the Cyber Security Act, the Personal Information Security Code and the GDPR provisions. It also reminds companies to prepare ahead for data compliance system establishment, with the cases occur, as Facebook incidents, Marriott information disclosure, Mobike investigated by EU and First ticket for contrary to GDPR. Moreover, EDPB recently announced a draft of guidelines for the scope of application of GDPR Article 3, aim to assist companies clarify their responsibilities and control risks. Through this event, we intend to help companies cope with the impact and risks in such virtual battlefields, within the perspective of corporate compliance management and information technology skills.
